    SUMMARIZE (
        'Table',
        'Table'[MONumber],
        'Table'[StartQuantity],
        "MINON",
            CALCULATE (
                MIN ( 'Table'[OperationNumber] ),
                FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[MONumber] )
            )
    )
RETURN
    SUMX ( _table, [StartQuantity] )
