Measure won't update when using numeric range parameter for certain number

I have a measure where the qty will increase based on the % input by the user using parameter. It's working fine for 20% etc except for 40%, 70%, 50% and others. 

I have used this measure: 

IncreasedQty = [Total Qty] * (1 + [% Increase in Qty])

Parameter: 

% Increase in Qty = GENERATESERIES(0, 1, 0.01)

Sample of 20% increase in Qty

Used 40% but measure didn't update
