Measure with condition from another table

Hi,

I want to create a measure in which the condition field comes from another table.

The tables are Account and Productgroup

This one doesn't work:

Creating a column with RELATED doesn't work either though the relationship between the table exist

Measure = if(max(productgroup[productgroup])="Be",blank(),sum(Account[Volume]))
