Measure v Calculated Column

Hello

I’ve got a date time field in a table. I’m extracting the hour value into a calculated column. How I can do this in a measure,

SendDate                    SendHour

01/01/2020 01:45:23          1

01/01/2020 16:23:25          16

02/02/2020 10:03:09          10

Thanks in advance
