Measure to Give Value based on Filter Selection

Hi Experts

I have the following measure which works fine... What i want to happen is if i select from management, management[level4] say ID%AB, then i still want to see the result of the measure and be able to subtract the result of the measure away from other measures. with out using edit interactions...

ID (EMEA) vAOP$ 2 = CALCULATE(
            [$NSvPY4% (NOE @ AOP Rate)], FILTER(
                    'Product','Product'[Product Franchise]="Infusion Devices"),Management,Management[Level4]="EMEA (Euro Mideast Africa)")

@Anonymous, do you mean that if you want to filter mangement, the result keeps the same?
