Measure that gives the value from the latest date

Hi

I have a column that shows the ratio between two numbers. How can i make a measure that gives med the value of the latest date? I will use it to make a KPI card but I dont want to use the filter pane but make a new measure.

You can filter your measure on MAX(Date)
