Hello everybody!
I'm trying to create a measure that displays the average rating per person in a matrix. When I apply the following code:
Stars = REPT(UNICHAR(9733), AVERAGE('table'[rating])) & REPT(UNICHAR(9734), 5-AVERAGE('table'[rating]))
As I put it into a value field at my matrix, it shows fine the stars. But, whey I apply a filter on my dashboards, shows people that does not make part of that filter applied. Actually, it ignores the filter and show everyone regardless. Thanks!!
I've seen often with a matrix or a table, when using a measure, a value will appear regardless of the filters applied.
What you can try to do is put a BLANK() where the filter context does not match.
You might have to add a VAR to your measure above.
But as said above, provide some data or the expected output / current output and we can try to be more specific in response.
@Anonymous maybe provide some data and the expected output and/or show what is not working
