Measure manipilation

Hi all

I am having trouble manipulating data for a shape map visual and hope you can help.

My data is as follows

Name.        Measure A.  Measure B

Location A.     100.             300

Location B.     200.              200

Location C.    300.              100

I am using a gradient to fill the colour on my shape mape (red (lowest score) is bad and green (highest score) is good) but in the example above, location A's 100 is actually good for Measure A and should be green and the 300 is good for Measure B and also should be green, but when using the gradient it puts Measure A as red when I want it to be green.

Any advice or help out there?

Many thanks

Create a new measure for the inverted Measure A:

Inverted Measure A = MAXX(ALL('Table'[Measure A]), 'Table'[Measure A]) - 'Table'[Measure A]

In your shape map visual, replace the original Measure A with the new Inverted Measure A.
Ensure that Measure B remains as it is since it already aligns with your desired color gradient.
