Measure is slow in matrixx

Hello Everyone, 

I have created a measure to find the MoM based on sum( value) on end date minus sum(value) on start date as MOM. Start n end date are based on date slicer. My measure is like this

Var maxd=max(table1(date))

Var mind=min(table1(date))

Var maxsum=calculate (sum(table1.col),table1.date=maxd)

Var minsum=calculate (sum(table1.col),table1.date=mind)

Return maxsum - minsum 

When am dropping that measure in my matrix visual it's taking 30000ms to finish that dax. Can anyone help me to optimize my dax. Thanks! @amitchandak
