Measure based on slicer for dynamic title

I want to create a measure that reflects my slicer selection (if there is only one selection) and "Multiple" if i have selected more than two options. So with my slicer below...

If i select ONLY one option, i would like the measure to return that value, i.e. I select Tom, it returns Tom.

If i select more than one option, say both Tom and Jane, i would like the measure to return back a text; I will probably use "Multiple" for now.

I have used concatenatex before for something similar, but not sure how to return a test if multiple options are selected.

SLICER:

JOHN

JANE

TOM

Hi @thampton

Try this for your measure and place it in a card visual:

Measure =
IF (
    ISFILTERED ( Table1[SlicerField] ),
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[SlicerField], "Multiple" ),
"" )

This will not display anything when nothing is selected in the slicer. You can change this in the last argument of the IF . You can also change the "Multiple" message if so required.
