Measure as a value in new column of another table

Hi All,

Simple task to do, yet i can't do it:(

I've created a measure, simple one:

Measure = MAX('Table1'[Month])

Below Table1:

What i want to do is to use this measure as a value in new column in related table. I want this value to be entered in every row of new column, so i've tried:

New Column = 'Table1'[Measure]

What i get instead is a value only in rows that match rows in Table1 and further more it is not a max value, like in

example below:

Any help would be appreciated

Someone here will likely answer your question, but I won’t. Instead I am going to tell you what you actually need to know. Power BI has been built to allow you to load data in different tables, join those tables logically, and then use the data in the different tables without the need to replicate the data into a second table as you have illustrated.

So what are you actually trying to achieve?  If you can share that, I will help you do it the right way.
