Max value for a calculate table

Anonymous , if it is already a table then you can this measure along with MESE&ANNO

calculate(max(Table[MESE&ANNO]) , filter(allselected(Table), Table[%] =max(Table[%])))

    thanks amitchandak  unfortunatelly is not a table, i think before use your formula i need to create a calculated table like this. 

    The % is already calcuted as measure but not for each months. should i create a calculated table with this info?
