I have a fact table related to a date table. I want a measure to get the latest date in the fact table data regardless of slicers. For example my data is upto yesterday 2024-12-19 and I want this to be visible. If I refresh import the data will include today and then the measure should update. I have tried variations of Max data using All except.

Hi @Si_7777 ,
Latest Date (Ignore Slicers) =
CALCULATE(
MAX('FactTable'[DateColumn]),
ALL('FactTable')
)
please try this
Thank you both very helpful

Hi @Si_7777
Try these:
LatestDate =
--takes into consideration that there may be multiple fact tables and sales measure is referencing these tables.
CALCULATE ( LASTNONBLANK ( 'Date'[Date], [Sales] ), REMOVEFILTERS ( 'Date' ) )
LatestDate2 =
--assuming Sales is the only fact table
CALCULATE ( MAX ( Sales[Date] ), REMOVEFILTERS ( Sales ) )
