Max Data to Load

Does Power BI have a Max Data that we can load into the tool?

I'm connecting it to a table about 10mil rows. when I try to pull the table alone, I get a TimeOut error. 

I try to filter the data and write the query in, again I get a timeout error.

what cause the timeout issues?

@JeanBean,

Based on my research, there is no restriction on how large a pbix file can be locally. If there is one it's the ram on you PC. However, when you publish a pbix file over 1GB to Power BI Service, you will get a file size limit message.

In your scenario, it seems that the issue is caused by your data is too larget. You could try to use directquery mode to connect to your data source.
