Hello,
I am struggling with a matrix.
Is there a way to create a table/matrix that looks like the one below
where the data I am using has the below structure?
Is there a way to achieve this without using the unpivot columns?

You don't need to unpivot the table to get this result, you just need to switch values to rows and put the group to columns.

For your reference.
Step 1: I click 'Use Headers as First Row'
Step 2: I click 'Transpose'.
Step 3: I click 'Use First Row as Headers'.
Step 4: I add a column.
Step 5: I cahnge the type of 'Total' column to 'Whole Number'.
