Matrix visual flatten the rows
Hi , I am using Matrix visual to show my report.If I add the required columns from Source table , they go in a heirarchy forming a tree structure. I want to flatten this as show as a single line. Is...
Try turning off Stepped layout in the format tab of your visualization pane under Row headers and see if it's the behavior you are looking for:
For your second question: This is a bit hidden, but you can apply this to the field itself so it's allows treated as a web URL.
- Go to the model view:
- Click your field in the field list on the right.
- Open the Properties pane if it is collapsed. Then scroll down to Advanced. You're looking for a drop down called Data Category:
- Select Web URL from the list. Now the field will default to using this data type.
- Go to the model view:
