Matrix visual background color based on group row
I created a matrix visual table (per heat map). By table looks like this. The conditional backgroud color format for counts is applied to table. I am expecting conditional formating by row group (G-Support). To color format each row to identify max incidents counts and min incidents as below expected with i did in excel

Anonymous I understand you wish to use Row instead of column for conditional formatting. However, powerbi allows you to select only column in conditional formatting. One simple solution would be switch rows and columns to resolve the problem.

Currently Power BI does not support use conditional formatting in entire row of matrix just as negi007 stated. You can raise a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. Or you can refer the solution in the following threads as workaround.
