Matrix - unable to sort by the column and need assistance with calculated column

Hi,

we have survey data in the format shown below. I need to create a report to display, for each app,

A) how the users responded to the issues individually and

B) what's the percentage of Total app users are facing the issue

C) what's the percentage of respondents are facing the issue

D) these columns should be sortable

I tried Matrix, but facing the following issues

1) it's not letting me sort by "Yes % (count of Yes / Count of unique User ID)" 

2) not sure how to calculate the following "Yes % (Count of Yes / total App Users)"

Please advise

Hi @talhaparvaiz ,

It's not supported to sort the matrix by specified column.
