I am considering input data in the following format as you haven't added any information about it:
You can try a bar chart as shown below based on the data above:
Other option could be - Unpivot your data as follows:
Then produce a chart as follows:
But an additional detail around your raw data will be helpful to suf=ggest more visualisations.

To compare the values based on Time or to get the trend, a Line chart would be the best way to represent your situation.
