Matrix table giving different values vs using Regular table

Hello Everyone, 
I am having an issue with the Matrix table. When I add the value in the Value section the value is incorrect. But when I am using the table it is giving me the correct value. The value is not even calculated it is directly pulled out from the query.  Please tell me why this is happening and if I am doing something incorrect.

According to your description, when using the matrix, the error value is displayed and according to the test, everything is fine on this side. You can try the following to troubleshoot the error.

1. The matrix may be grouping data into rows or columns, which, if the grouping is not intentional, can cause values to be displayed incorrectly. Check to see if there are any additional fields in the Rows or Columns section that may affect the display of the data.

2. Verify that there are no filters or slicers applied to the Matrix that are not applied to the table visual object. These filters can be page-level, report-level, or visual object-level filters.

3. Data Model Relationships to ensure that all relationships in the data model are configured correctly. Incorrect relationships can lead to unexpected results for visual objects that depend on the data in question.

If this does not work, you can share the pbix file without sensitive data or any data that replicates this problem.

I don't think I can upload the file. 
but I did check what you just said and there isn't any extra filter or anything like that. There isn't any relationship it is solely getting the data from the SQL query. 
Do you think there is anything that is missing.

Column NumberInPool in the Table is not summarized by default because Data type of the column is Text. In the matrix the column is summarized eventhough it is of Type Text.

Thank you for the reply, 
I checked the data type is a whole number not Text. Anything that I might have missing? I am not sure why when I use the matrix table it shows me a different number for the column and the same column that I am using for the table view it is showing me the correct number. Please provide any suggestions.
