Hello Community,
Is there a way to simulate something in Power BI from a table or matrix?
I would like to enter appointments there afterwards.

You can use the date hierarchy in the column in the matrix visual. And use Expand Next Level in Format:

This is possible adding the year and month columns on the columns of the matrix visualization then you get icons on the right side to make the drill down.
