Hi all,
We are building a Power BI dashboard which Connect Live to a SSAS data source. The issue we are facing now is with the Matrix visual. Whenever we trying to add a column (data type Text in SSAS) into the Values field, it only gives options of 'Count (Distinct)' and 'Count' as summarization type. However, the way we want the data to be displayed is text, so either 'First' or 'Last'. These options are actually exist in Power BI sourcing Database, so not sure if we can change something in the SSAS model to make it work.
The first screenshot is what it has in SSAS, and the second is what available in Database model.
Thanks in advance for ideas.
@yolanda_meng I have same issue with you. Don't summarize in matix only work when connecting to SQL Server datasource but not SSAS. Hope someone can help.
