Matrix layout: switch column and values

good morning /afternoon all,

I would like to know if there is any solution to change of header setting in a matrix.

My current layout is as follows:

where "2023 Q1" "2023 Q2" ... are maintained in a column while the second row "budget, actual curr fy, fcast CM, firm demand .. ) are measures and columns.

Is it possible to switch these two headers, so to have first the columns and measures and then the split per quarter?
