Column A and B values are automatically calculated from the sum of field option.
I have the values from column A divided to the area level. However, in Area-X values the value (Column A) repeats. How do I leave this part blank?

Can you please share some sample data for test? In addition, you can consider adding if statement to your formula to hide specific row labels.

I think the HASONEVALUE/HASONEFILTER functions should work. To get specific help, share the link from where i can download your PBI file.
@Anonymous not sure what your DAX calculation looks like, you can use ISINSCOPE function to control the calculation.
