Matrix group

Hi all, 

I am struggling to have a matrix like the example below in the image.

 

The context: from the original table, I unpivoted the columns, ease of getting, signage access, value of money, and Arrival.

Then I created another table where Arrival is a category for the above variable. but when I display them in a matrix I get the score for the category as the sum of other variables. What I want to do is to show the count of the Arrival value in the unpivoted columns like in the image.

 

I hope my message is clear. Thank you for the help

You can try creating a matrix visual in Power BI Desktop. You can refer to the tutorial:

For the hierarchy, please use the drill down, refer to

For the arrows up and down, refer to

Add conditional icons
