Matrix group

Hi all,

I am struggling to have a matrix like the example below in the image.

The context: from the original table, I unpivoted the columns, ease of getting, signage access, value of money, and Arrival.

Then I created another table where Arrival is a category for the above variable. but when I display them in a matrix I get the score for the category as the sum of other variables. What I want to do is to show the count of the Arrival value in the unpivoted columns like in the image.

I hope my message is clear. Thank you for the help
