is it possible to show data in matrix table as it is and just show the count total in totals field?

@Anonymous , as you have taken ID, You can Max of the delta as a measure, and use isinscope to switch total
if(isinscope(Table[ID]), Max(Table[delta]), Count(Table[Delta]))
