Hi All,
May I please know if there is a way that we can center align , the Total in Matrix visualization in Power BI.
And I also want the category names in the center of the cell.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Try this path as well then:
Visualizations Pane->Row Subtotals->Per row level (ON)->Subcategory as the Row Level->Show subtotal (OFF).
The subtotals will be off, and the main total will remain.
Hi @han_rj,
To center the Category and Subcategory values:
Format pane → Row headers → Text alignment → Horizontal → Center
To center the grand total row value and label:
Format pane → Values → Alignment → Center
If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.

Apologies for the delayed response , No I did not receive the solution yet. The solution given is different from the case I need help
I believe the option you'd be looking for is found at this path:
Visualizations Pane->Row Headers->Text->Alignment
Here's what that looks like with some sample data:
The total center align should be under this path as well:
Visualizations Pane->Specific Column->{{Your Value Series}}->Check "Apply to total"->Values->Alignment
No I do not want the Totals in between values, Want the Total to be at the last and I want the Total Word center aligned
Try this path as well then:
Visualizations Pane->Row Subtotals->Per row level (ON)->Subcategory as the Row Level->Show subtotal (OFF).
The subtotals will be off, and the main total will remain.
