Matrix Visual to show value once for some and for each column for others?

On the matrix visual, I want to show sales history by month and to only show quantity on hand, and forecast quantity once. 

Currently, in the Matrix it shows quantity on hand and sales history by month. 

How can I acheive this? 

Here's how it will look:

Item Code	Item Description	January 2020	February 2020	March 2020	April 2020	May 2020	June 2020	July 2020	August 2020	September 2020	October 2020	November 2020	December 2020	Summarized Sales (Total)	Quantity on Hand	Forecast Quantity
123-ABC	Samp	0	0	6	0	0	0	0	0	0	0	2	5	13	3	2

I was able to put Quantity on Hand column from the data table to the "Row" in the Matrix visual, but it shows up in the beginning. I want to be able to order it differently.

Could you show me a sample like the table you are dealing with by your OneDrive for Business?

Please show me your calculate logic about how to get the forecast Quantity.
