Matrix Visual rows font size control
Hi Rdarshana ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
danextian is correct that general font size and formatting for values and headers can be managed under the Values and Row/Column Headers settings, while Ritaf1983 rightly clarified that row-specific bold formatting is not supported in Power BI Matrix and the practical workaround is to use conditional text or background color formatting. audreygerred also highlighted that if you require full flexibility, including precise label–value alignment and selective row formatting, Paginated Reports (Report Builder) would be the right choice.
In Power BI Desktop, formatting is limited to section-level controls, but as a workaround you can create a disconnected label table and concatenate labels with formatted measure values in a Table or Matrix visual to mimic a “label left, value right” layout. This provides an option to stay within Power BI or move to Paginated Reports for full control.
Hope this helps, please feel free to reach out for any further questions.
Thank you.
