Matrix Visual Data Bars Not Applying Hierarchy-Level Formatting
I'm encountering an issue with the matrix visual and the data bar feature when used with cell elements. I expected the data bars to apply at the hierarchy level (specifically, the lowest level), but instead, they are affecting the entire column.
So I expect the data bar of Display > CM 360 to be complety full, but it only shows a small bar because compared to the total it's a small number. I have a measure that could be used, but it seems I cannot use it in the data bar.
Anyone any idea what I did wrong?

You did everything right, this is the way the engine works...
Unfortunately, you don't have the option to modify it by hierarchy level.There is an idea about this issue , please vote for it ( i voted and shared with colleagues to vote too)
