This depends on how you have your hierarchy build and on the measures that you are using.
Check this video that allows you to do that with 2 additonal measures on your model and an adjustment on your calculaition.

Hi, You may try:
1. Under Row subtotals have both 'Row subtotal' and 'Per row level' turned On,
then Under 'Apply settings to', for 'Show sutotal' under 'Rows' only have 'Show Subtotal' set to ON for those row levels you wanted to show on Matrix.
