Matrix Row Header Format

Hi all,

Is it possible to format the Row Headers differently from the below heirachy? 

As per below I want 'Function' to be a darker grey than the'Objective' row headers.

This will make them stand out as headers of the heirachy.

Conditonal formatting won't work on Row/Column headers. 

How about just making each hierarchy one column like below?

@HenryJS , I doubt there no customize series icon. Also no support for conditional formatting for row columns in the matrix.
