Matrix Formatting - Emphasizing Row / Column totals

Hi,

I am willing to emphasize my row and column total a bit.

I already have made the font bolder and bigger, but was wondering if there any way to make the grid line "between Spain and Total", and "between Vice President and Total" a bit thicker ?

@Saniat I could be wrong but afaik it is not possible.
