Matrix Filtering

I have a matrix that i'm wanting filtered down to a specific result. I have two slicers that should filter things down to one value. But it's instead returning multiple results when there is only one correct value. See below:

The highlighted value above is the data it should be displaying. But it's returning multiple. There is only one value for PAPER MACHINE 41, NL050520, 243 record in my data set. Not sure why it's adding in the other values. Those values are associated to other grades on PAPER MACHINE 41. Please help
