It seems strange that you can have conditional formatting in a table but not in a matrix, is this a feature that is getting worked on?

Conditional Formatting in PowerBI is basic and will eventully become rich with the product maturing. Given that PowerBI is 18 months old, It still has some of the features that makes it awesome and with the updates released each month, Conditional formatting will get more attenion in future releases.
