I have two tables containing employee emails. One table is gotten from a staff records database so data in this table is quite consistent. The other table is gotten from having staff fill out a form. I have to merge both tables using the employee email address as this is the only relationship between the two tables but i am not getting a complete match because there are people using capital letters where their official email has small letters or vice versa. Is there a way to get these two tables to match in power query as it is negatively affecting my analysis? It's a lot of data to manually try to change.

@Kaycee_1 change the case for email to lower case in both the tables before you merge, it will make email addresse consistent and see if that works.
