Hello maybe make a paregunta maybe very easy, I have 5 matrices which I want to assign as finished, pending or open

as projects to be done

something like this would be a result, such as marking these matrices in some way that when a button is pressed with the finished ones filters them and only shows the finished ones

How could this be done? in an easy way
