Map display problem

Good morning, my problem is pretty straightforward. I have a corpoletic map which works perfectly from Power BI Desktop but when I upload it to the Cloud, the following appears:

ErrorError

In case it does not get to read it says "the fill map visuals are not enabled for your organization.". I clarify that I do not know what organization you are referring to, it is my personal email let's say.

I have tried to modify the tenants' permits (attached photo), but it did not work either. Also googlie to more not be able but I can not find any solution. If someone could give me a hand, it would be amazing. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

In Service, go to "settings">"admin portal">"Tenant settings">"Map and filled map visuals":

Enable it and have a try.

You need to be Power BI Service Admin or Global Admin to use this function.

Best Regards,
Rico Zhou
