Map and Filled Map Visuals

Hi,

I’m placing geographic data in Power BI and getting a message that "Map and Filled Map Visuals are Disabled".  When looking at the settings it is enabled though.  Odd thing is, the map comes and go.  Sometimes the map displays and other times it's the error - especially after closing and reopening the project.  Thoughts on why this is happening?

Hello! I don't see that setting available in the portal. I'm working with the free trial, could that be the problem?

I've had this happen to me as well. The admin tenant has it enabled, as do all individual PBI Desktop settings.

Yet often the shape maps will display, but the filled maps will return the error.

And then, seemingly out of the blue, the filled map visuals will start working again without any settings ever being altered.

I never was able to find out who is administrator of the Tenanat Settings, but it appears to have started working on it's own.
