Map Visual Conditional Category Label on Zoom

I have a report that has 8,000-ish data points on the screen and I want to show a category label only when zoomed in to a certain point. The reason why is that when I am zoomed out - it makes less sense to show all the category labels - however when I am zoomed in more it makes to show the labels. 

Is there an option in Power BI to do this?

I don't want to show this information in a tooltip because I am already using tooltips for something else.
