HI all ,
When i use a standard Template , for some reason the map disseperars and goes white , i'm still able to move and navigate but i can't see anything.
When i use any other map i get this issue about pitch but when i look into layers i can't find any pitch value.
Any help would be appericated,
Thanks , James.
Hi @JamesBurke ,
For your first question about the map disappearing or turning white, this could be related to a rendering issue in the software. I think you can refresh the page or restart the program, and of course you can switch to a different web browser and check for updates to the map software or any related plugins. You can check this one document for more information: disappearing cursor on certain white backgrounds. - Microsoft Community
For your second question, the error message indicates a problem with the way the software interprets the “pitch” value. The software may want the “pitch” to be part of the expression, not a literal value. I think you can use an appropriate third-party extension or plug-in : api - [openlayer]Is there a way to adjust the pitch of map using openlayer's v6? - Stack Overflow
If you are coding, make sure that the pitch value is set in the correct part of the code and that it is formatted as expected by the API: react native - Can't change pitch value on MapView or Camera - Stack Overflow
Best Regards
