Hi,
is it possible to combine multiple .pbix files to one .pbix file, or somehow have finally one working report developed at the same time by many developers?
I'm struggling with that kind of a problem and until now I have found the solution about Power BI app workspaces, but it doesn't interest me. I would be pleased to hear about a solution targeted in Power BI Desktop.

This thread might provide you with some ideas:

Overall, the biggest issue from a source control perspective is that you can't merge changes. This means you will need to use a check-in/check-out style approach.
Hi nicr,
I'm afraid you should first create a power bi app workspace in power bi service then add members to the app space. To modidy content in the workspace, members just need to connect to the app workspace and select the dataset they want to modify in power bi desktop.
