Manual refresh taking lots of time

• Manual refresh taking lots of time to get table refresh but at last its not refreshing
• Data is coming from a folder in which there are 50 csv files
• Power bi is combining those files 
• But while refreshing that data it keep on refreshing but at last not getting refresh after waiting for hours. And its not showing any error while refreshing. 
• Does anyone helps me on this.?

I would suggest rather than hitting REFRESH button on the Power BI desktop report page, go to Power Query Editor and try to refresh your queries there. I am sure there is something in the background that is taking a lot of time.

To get a more specific answer, please share the M code from the Advanced Editor for your queries (both the transform sample file one and the one where the files are combined).
