Manual Data Entry in Power BI Simulation

Hello guys.
Is it possible to change information in a Power BI dashboard for the purpose of simulations?
Example: We have 2 grafical visuals and below we have a matrix spreadsheet, so the question is: Is possible to modify it automaticaly it, so that the graphics follow these changes, following the input simulation in the matrix table?

Unfortunately it does not answer.
What I needed would be something like this I found, but it seems to me to be something third and not native BI.
