Manipulating Data Labels

I am looking to display network bandwidth stats on a stacked column chart and have the Y-axis dynamically convert the data labels (stored in database as Bytes) to Bytes, KB, MB, GB, TB, PB, etc, and display the correct unit measure as the suffix.  Is this possible in Power BI?  Below is an example.
