Hi,
I am doing a report in which the data is given by SQL queries at a certain date. But I wanted to make it possible to change this date and so to change the data.
Therefore I created a Date Parameter : the user writes the date and the SQL queries are updated at this date.
I would like to know if it is possible to add a button to my report that is linked to this parameter and with which the user could change the date (once the report is published if possible).
Best,
Martin.

It’s not possible with a button in power BI. But you could do somoething from within Power query with a parameter. Also from power BI you can change a parameter too. But why no toad all the data. Compression and performance is great, so why not load all the data and then slice and dice to your heart’s content?
