Hey,
I need your help.
I've built an HR Dashboard with various KPIs. One of the KPIs displayed on the Dashboard is the age group distribution (<20, 20-30, and so on).
Typically, users worldwide can only access the data that is relevant to their region. For example, a user from China can only view data related to China. I manage this by assigning different roles in Power BI, filtering data based on the user's country.
However, due to regulations, users from the United States should not have access (or not be able to see data) to the data regarding age groups. Is it possible to implement a filter in 'Manage Roles' to address this, or do you have another solution in mind?
Best regards

Hi! You can handle this through Object Level Security (OLS) which can be achieved with Tabular Editor 2. Object-level security (OLS) with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
