Manage Gateway

Why I cannot assign my gateway connection on specific report I created? But on the other reports, the gateway connection is running fine.

 

I dont want to use the "Personal gateway"

 

Please Advise.

    In this scenario, you need to install the On-Premise Gateway, and create the corresponding data source in Manage Gateway.

     

     

    Then you should be able to switch to other On-Premise Gateway.

     

     

    You can reopen your Personal Gateway and sign in to get it online. If you don't want to use it, you can uninstall it.
