CALCULATE (
    MINX (
        Table1,
        RELATED ( Table3[AttributeData] )
    ),
    USERELATIONSHIP ( Table1[AttributeChild], Table3[Attribute] ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( Table1, Table1[AttributeChild] )
)
