So I am a bit confused on how exactly to move forward.
Currently, I have relationships between several tables with Dealer Name / DLSHP_NM for instance Best Buy
But I also have a table my "Stores Flex Budget" with Dealer Location, (Best Buy) Main Street
In a round about way, given I have all these relationships made for dealer name, but not dealer location, I am confused how I can have this relationship exist. A Dealer "Key" exists between T_DLR_LOC and my problem Stores Flex Budget table, and t_dlr_loc is linked to T_DLSHP , but I still cannot seem to make Location Name / Dealer Location work with my table titled Flex Usage.
It seems to me the ideal solution is one where I can make a relationship of some sort between Location_Name on the Flex Usage table and DLR_LOC_NM on the Stores Flex Budget.
Any pointers?
I'm not too sure what the issue is. Any chance you could provide an example of what you hope to see? And if possible a dummy PBIX file?

I guess, I want to make a relationship between the dlr_loc_nm in the stores flex budget, to flex usage, but cannot because of the relationships that already exist with that table.
Here is my issue highlighted:
Using fields from stores flex budget on the left returns my budget fine, but not my flex spend. Counter, using flex usage fields returns my spend find, but not my budget.
I've also attached the pbix. https://we.tl/t-qWSbWHhc3B
